Advertising Pods

An advertising pod occurs when a group of pharmacies combine their advertising dollars and Matching Funds in order to air more total ads. To form a pod, Health Mart can help you connect with other Health Mart pharmacies in your area to form a pod and provide guidance on developing a local media plan for negotiating your media buys from local stations.
ESTABLISH A POD IN YOUR AREA |

1st: Tell your Retail Sales Manager (RSM) that you are interested in forming a pod. S/he will extend an invitation to other local Health Marts in your community. |
2nd: Your RSM will work with Health Mart Marketing to discuss the development of a media plan based on the needs of the franchisees, including costs and matching funds,which is dependent on the number of franchisees interested in participating. |
3rd: Once Health Mart Marketing has created a media plan, your RSM will work with you and other franchisees to confirm participation. |
4th: If the response from franchisees is positive (10 pharmacies or a majority of those interested), the pod will be created and Health Mart Marketing will manage the billing. |
