WHAT IS THE POLICIES & PROCEDURES MODULE?

The Policies and Procedures Module is a downloadable template with over 140 subject areas that you can develop and customize to make it specific to your pharmacy. Choose from topics such as work rules, human resources policies, HIPAA and record retention, operating procedures, health plan claims, and many more. View the Table of Contents to get a full understanding of all that you can include in your manual. 

Alternately, if you already have one, use the P&P module to update it. Pick and choose which areas need updating. 

ACCESS THE POLICIES & PROCEDURES MODULE

1. Click the blue Bula Intelligence button at the top of this page.
2. Click Templates in the top navigation bar in Bula and select Policy and Procedures from the drop down or click “select template” in the Templates area of the Bula dashboard and select Policies and Procedures.
