- Complete a physical inventory to establish on-hand inventory levels. It will help you establish subsequent opportunities to check ongoing performance against a baseline to track progress on effective management of inventory.
- For those without a perpetual inventory function in the pharmacy system, McKesson Connect supports the ability to enter or upload physical inventory counts for snapshot reporting.
NOTE: McKesson ConnectSM also supports the creation of shelf labels for better inventory management.
