ROSTER BILL

When doing a mass immunization/roster bill for influenza or pneumococcal vaccinations, you must submit a roster bill along with the CMS-1500 Form. Paper claims are accepted, but many local carriers offer low- or no-cost software for providers to roster bill electronically.¹
